The present invention discloses a liftable MPCVD growth platform, comprising a bottom plate, a lifting drive device(Z axis), a sealing cover and plate, a water cooling component and other components. The sealing cover is connected to the driving device and forms a reaction chamber together with the sealing plate. The diamond growth platform is arranged on the lower sealing plate, and is provided with a lifting groove and a positioning ring. The driving device is connected to the positioning ring, and the water cooling component cools the positioning ring. During the growth process, the distance between the sample diamond and the plasma can be adjusted by the driving device to avoid overheating, thereby ensuring continuous growth and high-quality deposition of diamond.
